I dont get this, Kessler ducked Bute for like 2-3m, who is a real opponent. and instead Kessler will now make like 1m and Stieglitz will make like 3-4?

Does Kessler know that he wont get taxed in canada? I dont know if International Boxers get charged tax in Quebec since their province tax is only like 5-6% but we dont pay tax on alot of items like lottery,********,winnings. Im not sure how it works for Kessler, I doubt he would have to pay any tax if he fought Bute in Montreal.

Now he gonna get r@ped by his government.

Bad Decision Kessler, shouldve fought Bute in Montreal, you wouldve made 2x more and got 2x more respect. Unless he knows Bute is a tough fight

You get taxed where you live. Not where you work. So he'd be taxed the same regardless.

So if Kessler fight in canada and earns $3.5M he would still get tax by the danish tax man?

Taxes or no taxes fair offer from Bute or not didn't seem like he tried to squeeze him if he'd of made a big deal about the money or lack there of he'd of gain some support and when the Pavlik fight fell through he'd have some leverage but appears like he got as close as he wanted to Bute when he sat ringside and helped call the fight and saw first hand what he'd be facing and felt like paper beltholders in Europa was a more appealing scenario funny thing is he knows the winner of the S6 will prob fight Bute and he'll get the loser but neither of them will go to Denmark so look for him to defend that title in Denmark against mandatories until he wants 1 last payday

Well the s6 winner has to face Kessler or drop the WBC belt as Kessler became champion emeritus when he volountarily gave up his belt in order to add credibility to the tournament.
