for me to agree with floyd on his stance for the testing of manny pacquiao, but in order for me to agree to this ridiculousness, then floyd has to push for blanket testing for ALL of the sport, not just his more feared opponent...... and not trying to set the precedent with having anyone who fights him doing these extra tests, that the commissions don't demand or make compulsory........

this is not and has nothing to do about testing to better the sport, this is another layer to which floyd has now created to give him more control over his opponents in negotiations.

manny pacquiao has created his own demand and I would not bend in any way shape of form for mayweather if I was pacquiao..... why should he? he's a mega draw, a world wide crossover star......... he doesn't need mayweather, and it can be said vice versa, if you want to believe that, i believe floyd is looking at a rocky future financially if he doesn't keep on fighting..... he needs that money.
