I'd actually criticize Khan for taking a rematch right now. There are better fights for him to take in the weight class.

Which rounds exactly did you give to Maidana? The only completely clear rounds he won were rounds 10 (a 10-8 round) and 11. He probably won rounds 3 and 12 as well. It's extremely difficult to score any of the other rounds for Maidana. That's 8-4 in Khan's favour, with the 10-8 rounds cancelling each other out. That's when you don't take into account the point deduction.

I'd like to see a Khan-Maidana fight all the same, but I don't feel that Khan has to give Maidana a rematch and I'd like to see him fight Matthysse or Guerrero just as much.
Rounds 3, 6 , 7,10,11 and 12 could all be Maidana rounds but some of those rounds were close, Khan won but it was close and i can't see why anyone would be against a rematch if it ever happens.

Not really. Why is Khans problem if Maidana's fight fell through? Just rearrange it. Khan aint fighting till December.

I have to agree with Khan here,it's really no point in fighting Maidana again..He clearly beat him and the fight was not close(imo)outside of the 10th Maidana lost majority of the rds in that fight..If it happens whatever won't be the worst fight to watch so I would not mind it..But truth be told I would rather see Khan Peterson, the will and fighters mentality that Maidana possess but with skills that Maidana does not posses..

I respect you as a poster on here but Maidana is a much tougher fight for Khan than Peterson.

It's obligatory for to have a rematch if the previous was FOY.
