Maybe Khan wants to rematch Judah since no one's left at 140.

Khan fought all top fighters at 140 and Maidana is the 2nd best 140 pounder right now and Khan wants nothing to do with a foty rematch. Alexander moved up to 147, and Bradley is ridiculously waiting for Pac/Floyd fight which he might even get.
