Personally and with all honesty, I'm not sure nor do I openly accuse that Pacquiao is on PEDs but goddamn they're making it hard to believe Pacquiao is clean. I like Pacquiao I think he's a great athlete and his rise has been tremendously entertaining but would I be surprised if Pacquiao is caught using any PED? Absolutely not.
I mean no one in the world has so much pride that they wouldn't agree to a completely random testing procedure that they would jeopardize losing 50 million dollars! It's insane. If you're clean and you know it you take the damn test and beat the crap out of your opponent for trying to make you look bad. You don't try to go around trying to create some loopholes.
green ...I feel the exact same way...on the flip, I HOPE dude don't come up dirty...oh man, that would be a horrible look for the sport
Did Marquez? Or did he accept his 600,000 and go on his merry way? JMM was a tune up, Floyd even offered him some step aside money if Pac wanted it first.
You're an id1ot! You're saying that since Marquez accepted the money it's OK for KFC to cheat him on the scales even though people cried foul. I thought you're about fairness.
Show me a link that KFC offered step aside money. So why didn't KFC waited for a day to wait for the winner of Pac-Hatton and challenge Manny directly if he really wants to fight Pacquiao?
My point is floyd has never tested positive. Your point is so what he admitted it. We agree. Now replace floyd and xylocaine with Shane and PED's. Now you see why better OST testing is necessary, because unless the user admits it you may not catch them.
pac said he would take it. his team said he would take it. the only person that thinks its still an issue is floyd because thats what he wants the public to see, that pacs a cheat or a ducker, but i know what he is doing.
when its time to negotiate in the past floyd has been silent. now he is saying he wants pac but still makes the ped an issue when pac and his team clearly said they would take it.

Its still an issue because pac is negotiating a cutoff date. You can't agree to random tests then negotiate a cutoff. Has any other floyd opponent negotiated a cutoff date in the media. NO.
My god imagine if A-Rod tried to negotiate with MLB when they would test him, or Tom Brady, or Kobe etc.
Thats the only thing that annoys me. In any other sport guys like you would kill an athlete trying to negotiate when s/he takes a blood/urine test. Yet when Manny does it ti's ok because you want floyd to lose that bad.
Why? Because he talks isht and says he is the greatest?
So if the regular Nevada testing hasn't caught floyd yet, MAYBE THE current testing isn't good enough! Since they can't catch floyd cheating with xylovcaine, maybe they should start random test with no cutoff because to catch him.
That's real... Deep down I know PAC fans are suspect if manny is on the juice... I mean has there ever been a pro athlete who has ever denied a drug test?

but pac isnt breaking regulation because those tests are not compulsory. if pac said not to tests that every boxer have to take then i would be su****ious. but he said no to a fighter thats accusing him. thats totally different circumstances.

Fcastro1 look at your post. If Manny refused the current testing procedure you would be su****ious. But because he is refusing taking an enhanced testing procedure that he and his opponent would both take, its not su****ious. Your reasoning is because the opponent asking him for the test said he used PED's. Let me ask you this
If floyd doesn't say manny is on PED's and still asks for random tests and manny refused would you be su****ious? Or, if a Shane Mosley or another widely respected humble ambassador for the sport requested the OST and Manny refused would you be su****ious?
