why would he duck maidana when he's the one that wanted the fight, was the favorite to win and on paper should have beat him?

Either the shoulder injury is legit or Golden Boy is up to something fishy (like trying to get Maidana vs Khan II or possibly someone else).

It's pretty easy to predict Guerrero beats Maidana.

i believe maidana fans are blinded by his tenacity and concrete
jaw. but his lack of defense does not work against pro's that know how to move. oh and guerrero is a smarter fighter than kid khan.

Fighters always get injured during camp, they usually suck it up and go to doctor to get it checked out, then they either cancel the fight or fight thru the pain.

What GR did was:

Got his shoulder injured where they had to ice it Yesterday.

They didnt take him to a doctor, they didnt have him do a MRI or X-Rays, they didnt do anything. It might have been a sore spot that would be fine in a few days, but cancelled instantly? Almost same day?

They just cancelled the fight right away? There was still 2 weeks to go before he couldve pulled out if he had a injury.

Still not buying this. Usually when you injure yourself you go to doctor and get MRI scan, you dont instantly cancel the fight without getting anything checked out. What if it was just sore and would heal in a week?
