I see your point and agree but you have to admit that a lot of times these pro athletes in whatever sport are physically capable to perform but choose not to. For the damn money they make they should suck it up sometimes. Dont get me wrong if you tear an AC or have a concussion or something serious like Maks paper cut that will affect your performance than sure

and come on every ***in one of us has called a pro athlete a p us sy at one point so the TS needs to lighten the fook up. As if he has never called out an athlete on his BS.

I disagree with what part of what you saying. Athletes get paid more money in all sports now than before. But at the sametime a team will ask a athlete to play injured but while playing injured the athlete doesn't play up to the money he is being paid. So now the team will ask said player to take a pay cut because of the low performance like they don't know the player is playing injured. So as the athlete why should you play injured when you know the team is gonna pull some bull**** like that? But when the athlete out performs that contract and asks for more the team acts like the player has lost his ****ing mind.

Athletes are damned if you do and damned if you don't!!!!

People dont say the same about other atheetes who get injured though. Its just that bs boxing fanboy culture of labeling every fighter as a "ducker".

Unlike a boxer or any other athlete he probably does something that's actually important. Even if he's a ditch digger he's serving a more important function then a mere athlete.

No, we're not pointing out who's job is more important. It's about people talking **** about boxers who injure themselves and have to call the fight off or at least postpone it.
In boxing if you cope with the pain of an injured limb and fight anyway you're not going to perform at 100% which can lead to many things from losing the fight to something a lot more serious like brain damage or worse. So no, you can't compare his job to a boxers job. Come on now don't be ******.
