According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, a Fulton County jury found DeMario Ware guilty of felony murder and lesser charges in the shooting death of former world champion Vernon Forrest, 38, on July 25, 2009 in Atlanta’s Mechanicsville neighborhood. DeMario Ware had admitted to pointing a loaded gun at Vernon Forrest and taking the boxer’s gold championship ring and diamond Rolex watch.

i don't wish death on these men or anybody after the fact like this (if vernon offed them in the act of defending himself i wouldn't feel for the dead guys certainly,)

but every guilty party (i believe it was 3 guys,) should spend the rest of his life in jail

those guys should die in prison


that's what i think is fair anyway.

and if people think these guys should be executed, i'd say that's fair as well.

i don't wish that on them, instead opting for life in prison without the chance of getting out, but i wouldn't call it unfair for them to be executed. it would be just

I used to workout at Biggs Morrison gym when he
was there in Atlanta and thought it was pretty cool
to train right beside pros.

I remember he would hit the heavy bag pretty light.

I used to wonder why he wasnt trying to kill the bag like me
