I don't know the facts of the case, and really don't trust the media to report it accurately.

Perhaps the apparently light sentence is because the minor was a willing participant? Sex with a minor is considered to be **** no matter if the minor consents or not. It should be the situation that rapists receiver a smaller sentence for such a crime, as compared to say breaking into a strangers home and violently raping someone against their will.

Bottom line - the guys a fool and is going where he deserves to go. Is PBF going to be his cellmate? That dude still has legal issues, right?

If the girl is under 16 and you know that, then your **** her its ****, i dont think girls know whats they are doing at age.

If you meet and **** a girl in an over 18's bar/club who is under 16 then its not ****, she was in a place she shouldnt be and she was probably dressed up to look a lot older so how the hell is a man supposed to know!! Then IMO the doormen are the guilty party.

If you force yourself on a girl of any age its ****.

All acts of **** should be punished by death, it the only crime that there cant ever be a valid reason for and it must be terrible for a woman to experience.

A lot of the time the problem with **** is proving it! Unfortunately the law tends to believe the female complainant most of the time. If there are no physical signs of force, or proven co-ercion then how can it be proved?

Him and another guy ****ed her, and he pled no contest, so I think he ****d her. that's just ****ed up, two guys ****ing one girl at the same time anyhow. not what I'd call straight. no way I'd ever let another guy be in the same room, let alone screwing a girl while he's on the other end or something worse.

I'm not too keen of he death penalty myself but i hate rapists and dont like the thought paying for them to live. I suppose a full life term would be OK, as long as life is life in a shot whole.

Thats a problem, **** is hard to prove but so its difficult to hand down hard sentances. BUT i think clean cut **** cases should be dealt with very harshly, especially serial rapists.
