Macklin on Sturm rematch contract offer.

He claims that Felix team put terms in the contract such as 'when I beat Felix in the rematch They wanted 40% of my earnings over the next 2 years'. He goes on to say Felix just wants to use Macklin as a sort of retirement fund.

If that's true, that's FUVKING ridiculous! I've never heard of such a BS term!

I believe Macklin, as Sturm is a hoecake.

This fight should happen in Ireland, on St. Patty's day with a 60/40 split in favor of Sturm. Not a rematch in Germany and certainly not 40% of Macklins fights in the next two years wtf type of slave contract is that?

Sturm said that he gave Macklin a much better offer than what he got for the first fight.

If what Macklin says is the truth I'm appaulled. Sturm is a straight ******* really.

What kind of term was that in the contract, he receives his future earnings? Wtf that's the worst term I've ever heard in a contract!

Sounds like the contract Joe Louis signed to get a shot at the Heavyweight Title.

Thought we had come a little bit farther than requiring the indentured servitude of a fellow man.

Sturm is a promoter so i believe what Macklin said, Its funny how hearing one side of the story isnt necesarily the whole story in boxing.

Guess strum didn't like what he saw in the first fight. Why don't the WBA take a leaf out of the IBF book and order a re-match!
