Yes, Floyd is a great counter puncher but I don't know if that can keep Antonio at by for 12 rounds.

He's damn sure not going to knock Margarito out seeing as how the only shot that dropped Gatti was the 1st round no-looker.

Mark my words, if these two fight, Antonio pulls it out.

I just don't see Margarito landing any of those telegraphed punches. People said the same stuff about Corrales and Castillo when Mayweather fought them. People said the same stuff about Gatti when Floyd fought him. Margarito would have to land to stand a chance at hurting Mayweather. I just don't see many flush shots being landed on Mayweather, not by Margarito.

I do see shots being landed all night on Margarito. I see Margarito getting frustrated, throwing and missing wide shots all night, looking for big punches to end Floyd, big punches that never land. Then I see Margarito getting tired in about 8 or 9 after taking everything and giving nothing back. He'll experience that sinking feeling that he just won't be able to shake. His spine'll tingle from all those Mayweather straights. I see Floyd putting him out late.

You make some good points to consider. Especially with the wide shots.

But the one thing I dis-agree on is Antonio getting dis-couraged in the fight. He'll def take some shots but he'll keep coming.

That guy is just going to keep fighting his heart out and rushing Floyd. That's his best shot.

Also, notice how Bob Arum really wanted to make this fight, big time! Arum and Floyd aren't on the best of terms and I think he sees that Antonio could beat Floyd thus making him a new superstar in the sport.

            It's called sarcasm..

I think Margarito can win this too, I voted Tony by KO, the thing that bothers me is that Floyd will NEVER fight Tony because he's to scared!

What I find amusing is people picking Margarito to KO Floyd and Floyds never been down nor hurt. Talk about hating.

Mayweather Koes Margarito and makes him cry after his devastating 2 round demolition! Mayweather has every single advantage you could have in a boxing ring. Why even make a poll of this fight? Margarito should not even think about taking this fight.I feel sorry for him.I want this fight to happen so Mayweather can get an easy belt at 147 then unify with Juduh.

False...Mayweather has technically been down before, and he was hurt (not badly hurt but hurt nonetheless) in the 4th round of the Corley fight.

                      It's either a Mayweather UD or a Margarito KO/TKO.

Mayweathers "power" isn't going to command Tony's respect and I see him walking through a lot of what Floyd throws at him.

This could be a similar fight to Whitaker/Vazquez.

I lean towards a Mayweather UD, but Tony is a BIG step up in class from anyone that Mayweather has faced in the last 2 years.
