So we're going to assume that those are the numbers that one of the great boxing fans at Bleacher Report came up with on his own. Even if they are accurate, the fight that I saw was won by Andre Dirrell. I mean, we just witnessed Chavez get out landed by over a hundred punches by Zbik yet I feel that Chavez won that fight fair and square because the punches he did land were so much harder. Totally different scenario but you get my point.

How can he have a better resume than Ward when he lost to Kessler in this very tournament and Ward dominated Kessler? I'm trying to figure out how you've come to such a bold assessment with that win/loss to a mutual opponent scenario standing there like the elephant in the room.
You do know what a resume is right??Froch has fought the overall better fighters, meaning he has the betetr resume..

          Froch controlled the ring
          Froch showed more effective aggression
          Froch landed more shots

Dirrel lost the fight get over it.

Dirrel only landed a few more punches than Mosley against Mayweather.

Put it like this, would you agree the fight was close??(If not this convo is over cause you are not being honest)If so then its a fight that could have went either way based on what ya was looking for..IMO Dirrell avoided, what he did was not effective boxing..Froch won a split decision that was close onthe cards..Where do people get robbery from??

I can say that the fight was definitely competitive. I do think however that it was a clear victory for Dirrell. People say robbery because of the way the fight played out. The antics of the referee. The blatant rough house tactics that Froch employed yet was not penalized for and the fact that the referee wasn't able to see that Froch was holding and hitting and ended up penalizing Dirrell for it. These are the reasons people like myself had a problem with that fights result. And it's very debatable whether or not Ward's butting of Kessler was intentional. But Carl Froch's body slam of Dirrell was definitely intentional. Yet he didn't even get warned for it.

Platitudes aside, how do you make such a bold assessment in such obvious contrast to the fact that Carl Froch was defeated by a fighter that Ward beat fairly easily? Do you think that the war with Jean Pascal proves this? Or is it his ko of Jermaine Taylor? Don't pretend like you don't understand what I'm asking you.

I think even people who felt Dirrell won the fight felt he was doing to much holding and not enough engaging..Dirrell was slam because of his tactics of holding and then trying to avoid Froch like I avoid girls with the clap..I said this before it was not effective boxing it was flat out avoiding..You want to see what Dirrell was trying to do look to SRL vs Duran..Difference is SRL had bad intentions,Dirrell wanted to survive...

I don't know how to make this more plan to you bro..Look at their resumes Froch has a better resume bro period..Ward has one top notch fighter on his resume in Kessler..Froch has Pascal(I don't care what ya think of dude he holds victory's over B-Hop and Dawson)Dirrell Kessler Johnson dude Ward has nothing to compete with that..Therefor Froch has the better resume hope that helps ya out bro..I can't make it much more plan then that..Oh and by the way what Ward did to Kessler and Kessler holding a win over Froch has nothing to do with either fighters resume and has weight on the outcome of the fight...
