Duran was past his prime. Cuevas isn't an ATG Virgil Hill is at least as good as Cuevas. Also if we are just going by names(which is silly) not guys in there prime then Roy beat HOF Felix Trinidad.

Also its not just that Roy was beating these guys its that he was dominating them making it look easy
