    It's not because, he was a true 10x champ.

    It's not a rule. Like I said no one refers to B-Hop as a 4x MW champ nor do they refer to Judah as a 3x WW champ, nor do they refer to Joe as a 5x SMW champ.

          Well no one refers to them as multiple champs in their weight class because they won belts while still being a champion. Unlink Mayweather who relinquished his ibf belt before fighting for the wbc belt against baldomir thus making him the challenger for his opponents belt.
