If people just watch the fight on mute and not let the Showtime commentators sway your perspective, they will see that Mares did the better work and deserved the win against Agbeko.. Im not saying that there was no low blows because there was, especially the one that caused the knock down in round 11.. But people you fail to realize that Agbeko just like Darchynian hate to get hit in the body and tried miserably to bully the smaller fighter (Mares). Just like Darchynian did, Agbeko kept constantly pullin Mares head down, He was constantly being warned by the ref just like mares was being warned for the low blows.. So I dont buy all the Hype about Mares being a dirty fighter...a lot of the low blows were caused by Agbeko himself for pulling Mares head down. He was the better overall fighter who would not get bullied by the bigger Agbeko...Yeah a rematch is called for but IMO Mares would still beat Agbeko and probably more clearly...

Mares does not deserve to be the champ now!! No excuse for all those low blows and piss poor job by the ref........Anyway I see Agbeko winning a rematch by using the over hand right earlier and more often. He came on strong in the later rounds where as Mares wz starting to fade. -
Agbeko is the better boxer, he made Mares look silly at times. Mares had a hard time landing on Agbekos face because of Agbeko's head movement so he resorted to low-blowing the f out of him.Comment

Yeah okay just like Mares made Agbeko look silly for most of the first 8 rounds, So you just happened to miss al the Rabbit punching and Pulling of Mares head by Agbeko?? Let me guess you were just looking at all the low blows by Mares.. Look man it was a close fight but if there is a rematch Mares will beat Agbeko even easier, if Agbeko can even make the weight again???Comment

don King been paying off the refs for years Richard Steel Chavez vs Taylor and he pays off the judges especially if he promotes the whole event like Alexander vs Matthysse or Sweet pea vs Chavez so get the hell out of here with that B.S what goes around comes around Don King sucks as a promotor and Top Rank puts ****ty undercards and main events thats way they had to go to SHOWTIME with Pac vs Mosley because Mosley did nothing to get the shot at Pacman.Comment
