Adamek's heavyweight run began in October 2009 when he knocked out Golota in five rounds. It was the final fight of Golota's career. He doesn't know how Adamek will overcome the size and strength.

Adamek dominated the rejuvenated Grant, who is smarter, mentally tougher, takes a better punch now and is a better fighter now than he was when he fought Golota, McCline, Lewis, etc. He's another late bloomer.

Adamek beat Arreola, who's style is all wrong for Golota.
