Octavio Meyran made a mistake when he failed to pick up the count from the knockdown time keeper, simple as that. Buster did what he is supposed to do by getting up before the referee said "ten"

Tyson got a long count too when he went down in the 10th, only problem was when he did get up he was on ***** street, totally KTFO on his feet w/ his mouthpiece half in his mouth, upside down and backwards.

Buster was ready to fight when he got up.

Tyson, not so much.
