Nobody cares about a Malinga fight and no one knows the guy he beat to get his mandatory status. Make a Mares Agbeko rematch and then if the winner chooses to defend his beltagainst Malinga well then so be it. I personally would rather the winner vacate the belt and fight Donaire.

agbeko definitley deserves the rematch and i hope malinga understands this, but then again malinga was told he was next and it's only fair to him,but man i wish something can be worked out so mares can give agbeko the rematch because it's not right the way he won that fight..i have a feeling he will be forced to fight malinga though,it seems here they won't take no and will insist on the fight...i guess no choice but to honor what they said and that is fight the mandatory within 90 days

If you can read between the lines, the article is clearly saying the IBF is easily bought and so is malinga. Then again according to the felons Chris Byrd was the best heavyweight in the world for five years, so how hard is it to walk away from there pathetic title.

Then Mares should vacate. He can make more money in a rematch or Donaire

Well, Chris Byrd did make Vitali Klitshcko quit on his stool.
