Taylor's IBF Title Vacated?

is it true that taylor vacated his IBF MW title?

i saw the schedule in boxrec and it said that the hopkins/taylor II fight will be for the WBA, WBC, WBO titles and the IBF title was vacated on Oct. 10th.

is this true?
