He was "in perfect position." He had to be blind not to see the punch. His peripheral vision would have caught the low blow anyhow. Besides, Mora's story gave him away:

Russell Mora: It sure..it it has a different view point from looking at it here in slow motion... The punch that I saw, live was a fair punch parried of his glove, that's a fair punch.

For a second there, I thought he was going to agree with Jim Gray. Did you notice the stutter, the Ref speaks perfect English unlike a Pacquiao in which English is a 3rd language.

The punch parried off because Agbeko was protecting his nuts. Agbeko's red glove is clearly blow the belt line from all the low blows he sustained throughout the fight. Unless the ref was color blind, Red gloves and Yellow shorts, two contrasting colors that clearly gave away the punch as a low blow.

Russel Mora wasn't even looking at the punch in the 11th!!!
