Undefeated featherweight Javier Fortuna (15-0, 11 KO), who is represented by boxing agent Sampson Lewkowicz, returns on September 24 in his hometown of La Romana, Dominican Republic. It will be Fortuna's first fight in his home country in a year. Fortuna is a traveling fighter. His last four outings have taken place in New York, Mexico, Uruguay and Connecticut. No opponent has been named for the September date.

Yeah, in his las fight he actually looked pretty good; better defense, better leg movement and less wild. He has a long way to go but I'm glad they're taking their time with him. He is slowly making progress. He should be a threat to anyone at his weight within a two year period.
