Pacquaio legacy is questionable and built from catchweight/past prime fighters!

Really? When Pac was fighting at 126, 130, 135, 140 and 147, you think (no catchweight) a young prime Barrera, Morales, Marquez, Diaz, Hatton, Cotto, Clottey and Mosley can beat a prime Pacquiao (right now) or are there any young prime (no catchweight) fighters in these divisions 100% sure can really beat Pacquiao? Except Floyd, I don't think so. IMO, Pacquiao legacy is pretty solid and legit.
