I don't agree with boxers low blowing each other, the ref is there to keep things like that out of the way in boxing, Boxing isn't an easy sport for someone to be hitting you low, It looks like the referee has DQ and penalised people who happen to have done the samething to boxers of Mexican descent, so maybe he was biase afterall.

I thought he was just being incompetent at the time.

But his record tells a different story.
