What a farrago of nonsense. This incomprehensible writer would be better writing for a 17th century audience rather than a 21st cent. reader, who demands that a writer says what he means in as few words as possible. Clearly and succinctly.

Probably paid by the word, a bad habit of the early 1920's and 30's. He should go back to writing school, or rather, GO to writing school, and no inflit such nonsense on a discerning readership.
