You should probably clarify the "meaning" of a knockdown before making the bet official.

For example, Floyd goes down, but Ref doesn't count it. Or it could be a fluke knockdown like Pac vs Mosley.

IMO, if Victor doesn't drop Floyd during the first 3-4 rounds, it won't happen. This is when Floyd is most vulnerable. Especially considering the layoff.
