They tried to make the fight happen on the Hopkins vs. Dawson Card but Pascal said no no no.
You cant blame Cloud for fighting only b level opponents when the best dont wanna fight him. And i dont get it why Cloud is no bigger draw, i think HBO or showtime and his management should have hyped him more. But i guess he will end his career as a underrated underarchiever. He needs to get away from King and get a promoter who offers him more and better fights.
