        Putting this in theatres then allows them to advertise during previews for other movies.

        If you add up the total money from the theatres, it's not really that much.

        Say that you get ~200 people at EACH of the 380 theatres. At $25/head.

        That's only $2 Mn total revenue, and then you have to split that with the theatres and distributor.


        But it gives the fight more exposure, and makes it feel like a bigger deal, which in turn drives a higher PPV buyrate.
