i liked roy jones because he would talk about technical aspects of fighting.. like why someone keeps landed a certain punch, where someone's defense is flawed, what he would do, etc.

Him being hypocritical (in regards to his own career) doesn't mean he doesn't know what he's talking about.

I think he gives great insight and makes very good points.

My only knock on him is he talks about god too much. I just think it's very out of place for a commentator. Other than that though he's good.

Yea he's great at breaking down how the person got into the position to land the punches he landed
