I said it before, I'll say it again- 24/7 being on CNN is random as ****. But now finding out it's going to be on at midnight only makes it a waste.

Wouldn't it make more sense to air the program just before mlb games or (for pac-jmm) nba games on tnt and tbs? Doing profile or interviews on a primetime show on cnn makes sense, but how does airing a 24/7 at midnight benefit anyone?

I thought originally they had planned on TNT/TBS or something like that, not CNN. Can't find those original threads now but either way, sounds like HBO is doing the same thing for both fights. Good for boxing, actually its great there's 2 names this big to capture the mainstream especially since they appeal to different demographics.

this is very good for the sport exposure on mainstream. first it was pacquiao on showtime-cbs and now the 2 big events on hbo-cnn (floyd/ortiz and pac/jmm).

i hope it will become a trend not just for pac and floyd fights.
