Ridiculous PPV's coming to a theater near you!

Damn, this is TRULY killing boxing. Two PPV's that don't deserve it and no one should buy.

Winky Wright vs Sam Soliman PPV
Ricky Hatton vs Carlos Maussa PPV

What in the holy hell is going on here? Shaw is a true jackass thinking Wright had anything to do with the 500,000 buys that the Tito fight got. Everyone knows that was TITO's drawing power.

And Hatton-Maussa...**** me running, this has got to be a joke.

We had an amazing first half of '05...looks like we're paying for it now.

          hmm

Wright and Soliman will clash on December 10 at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, Conn., in a 12-round non-title bout on HBO pay-per-view.

The Hatton fight is definitely a rip-off. I was going to say we'd get it free over here, but come to think of it we probably won't.

Frank Warren just got an exclusive contract with a terrestial free view UK TV company. Then Hatton leaves him.

I don't believe *********. HBO is going to have two PPVs in two weeks? After already saying that there have been too many PPVs this year? And saying all along that Winky was going to headline their world championship boxing card? I don't buy it.

                ppv

neithe rone of these fights is on ppv.

wright will be shown dec.10 with the replay of hopkins-taylor 2 on HBO CHAMPIONSHIP BOXING.

hatton-maussa well hopefully it wont happen, but if it does it will be shown only in britain or wherever and we in the US will not see it.

I was under the impression that Wright/Sloiman was HBO after dark or something like that not PPV....I have no clue about Hatton/Maussa but even if both fights were on the same card they should not be PPV.

well dont know for sure if its B.A.D. or championship boxing, but i assume it will be championship since he just came off the huge wins over mosley and tito. wright deserves to be main event on championship boxing now for sure, and im just glad ill finally get to go for him in a fight.
