    im not sure how the lennox situation would have had any significant effect on his career?

    what i mean about floyd is, if he was not undefeated he would be more prone to take risks. Like fighting margarito, pac with no ost and possibly even martinez.

      Yeah, losing has helped him to close the gaps in his Big-Man Boxing.

      But the other part of it is, not being afraid of failure and thus risking it all against any of the Top guys.

      With Mayweather, he has put his record up on such a high pedestal, that he is reluctant to go back in there after a fight, and put it all on the line again.
