I agree, Tito is a HOF and probably an ATG. He is the top among B-Hop's opponents.

because Tito never proved himself to get a rematch. He got whooped lop sided with no dispute. He wasn't the same fighter after this fight. He only fought 4 TIMES in the next 7-8 years after the Hopkins fight. And lost to Winky Wright which would of got him in contention for a title. If he would of winky and a couple other fighters at 160 then he would of got a chance for the UNDISPUTED title holder at the time. B-Hop

for one it was pointless after such a beating, more importantly DON KING. Bernard wanted out of that contract as quickly as possible. He ended up suing King for $1.5 million and King counter-sued for $20 million for destroying Tito's career and making him retire haha.
