Thats exactly what we are debating.

Pacquiao didn't need to fight OLD Mosley to sell PPV'S he could have taken any YOUNG prime fighter and done it.

Instead he took the absolute safe way out.
Margarito, Clottey, Cotto, Hatton---the last four dudes were young. One old fighter, same as Floyd fought, and all this mud gets thrown at him. Double standard?

Pacquiao probably believed what Roach and others were saying that Shane would be a tough fight, lots of power, etc. It's not Manny's fault Shame and scared and refused to engage.

Also, boxing is all about names. Shame Mosley is a much bigger name than Berto, Bradley, Maidana (who lost to Khan). Who has Berto or Bradley ever beaten? By the way, Bradley is currently on a track to face Pacquiao.

Before his last fight, Ortiz was a coward. One fight later, he's a young lion who is making Floyd look good. Again, the double standard seems just to clear.

Actually it's you Pacfans on Boxing Scene that got caught being hypocrites.

Remember the night that Ortiz beat Berto??? All the *******s were saying...ORTIZ IS YOUNG AND GOOD FIGHTER, he beat that monkey Berto.

*******s : Ortiz and Pac would be a great match....and that Floyd would NEVER fight a young prime fighter.

2 weeks later Floyd signs to fight Ortiz and Ortiz all of a sudden becomes a BUM.

GO BACK AND LOOK INTO THE THREADS OF THAT NIGHT FOR YOURSELF!!

Pacman fought Mosley because they saw his last 2 fights. They saw that he was ripe & ready to be plucked, so they plucked im. After he destroyed Margarito & offered to fight them at 142 he wasn't ripe yet. But after Floyd battered him & Mora further confirmed he was done, team Pacman made their move.

So actually Mora led the way!! Once Mora confirmed that Mosley vs Floyd wasn't a fluke....The Pacman was all over Mosley.

Doesn't really matter, all we know is if Pacquiao wasn't gonna fight Mayweather, next in line was Andre Berto.

PERIOD!! No excuses, not S-h-i-t-t-y Shane with the nose job.
