If Dawson allows it to be a chess match he'll lose. Hopkins is one of the most intelligent fighters in history. But Hopkins is vulnerable to fighters with good lateral movement and a high workrate, and that has to be the basis of Dawson's strategy if he wants to win.

Dawson should win this fight. I can see it going the way of Hopkins/Taylor I with Chad not getting quite as winded as Jermaine did.

Tarver should have won, so should have Pavlik, and so should have Pascal.

This fight has to be one of the biggest ppv jokes in the history of boxing. There needs to be a revaluation of ppv prices as for example this fight is worth a price tag of $10.95. Another example would be the victor Ortiz card with Floyd Maynever that fight card should have a suggest retail of 39.95 because of the action you could expect to witness from Mexican fighters. And also having two young up and comers like Ortiz and Alvarez accompanied with the huge desire by 99.9999999999 of boxing fans to see Maynever take an L, make the Ortiz Mexican independence day card worth $39.95.

Dawson is ***ed if he attempts to fight Hopkins, he should box him.
