Solis wasn't doing that bad against Vitali either but then again it was only the first round so we can't fully judge it.
I've been consistent on here from the start in saying Solis is an overrated fighter. His ridiculous fight with Ray Austin and his no-show against Vitali have done nothing to change my mind. He should never have been Vitali's mandatory in the first place.

Haye was also overrated by some as a heavyweight, but Solis isn't big enough to worry him much.

    Haye would knock him out.

Solis had done nothing to get the shot in the first place, aside from dance around in a drunken embrace with Ray Austin.

      Solis deserves jack-**** from Vitali.

Ducks Solis???? Don't be an idiot. The fat tub of lard couldn't even stand up for 2 full rounds against Vitali. No one wants to see a rematch. Tub of lard did not even earn the right to the first fight and sure as hell has done NOTHING to earn a rematch. I look forward to seeing Solis KO'd again some day.

You can see what Oner really thinks of Spongebob Solis by who he has him fighting next.

Solis had a chance to be a real contender among heavyweights. I know that's not saying much; the division is a disaster. But Odlanier has the talent and skills to at least make an entertaining and competitive fight with either Klitschko brother. Instead, Solis has chosen to flush his abilities down the toilet by neglecting his weight. Add to that his connection to a skuzzball like Oner and "La Sombra's" career is looking unnecessarily unpromising.

I could stomach all this much more if Odlanier was a little more humble in his approach. Solis had a golden opportunity to make a mark in the heavyweight division. With only seventeen pro fights he got a crack at the title. Before and after his "performance" he's gone around talking like he's somehow the champ and Vitali isn't. I'm not sure I could ever root for this guy, Solis. He needs to shut his mouth and kick some butt. Maybe then I'll start to care.

I never want to see Haye fight for another heavyweight title ever again. He's an embarrassment to the division. Frankly, so is Solis. Ironically, a fight between them might actually be worthwhile. I think Solis is indeed the better fighter and would beat David. It's terrible that fight fans should have to rely on match-ups like this to get their fix of heavyweight action....

What kind of grown man in his late 20s-early 30s makes a necklace of Spongebob, wears it in public, and is so proud of it that he shows it off at every opportunity? A simple minded man, that's who. Somebody should form a commission to investigate Oner's abuse of mentally challenged boxers.

On another note, could you imagine this fat, simple, lazy tub of lard actually becoming a HW world champ, I bet he still hasn't learned his ABCs. Man, am I glad we have the Klitschkos to actually represent the face of HW boxing - two upstanding PHds who speak 4 languages and can actually read.

As far as Solis beating Gayevid, fat chance, no pun intended. Gayevid would never struggle with Ray Austin like Solis.

"Now that I know how easy it is to become champion of the world that is what I want and what I'm working and living for"

He fought against a hard hitting, iron chin world champion and lost in the first round because he was fat and had an injured knee, and now he says it's easy to become world champion? He had his chance and blew it...

How is it Vitali's fault that Solis was'nt in good shape? It's Vitali's fault that Solis was too fat?

Vitali fights political injustice in his homeland; Solis just wants you to admire his golden Spongebob.
