Roach is a hollywood trainer, he doesnt give his fighters enough time and keeps training part-time Boxers and MMA guys.

Roach will never develop a fighter from the ground up, if Manny didnt land in his doorstep like a baby than he never wouldve became the trainer he is now.

He is so Hollywood that his Gym was given to him by an Actor.

Why do guys keep coming to him? He has like 40 people Boxers/Actors/MMA guys. He devotes 90% of his time to Pacman 2% of his time to Amir and 8% to the rest of the guys in his stable.

Saw some of Villanuevas fights on YouTube; this cat is "raw." h
He needs ALOT of time with Roach before he makes his debute in American soil. He gases out in the 3rd-4th rds - so Ariza needs to put in some work to; don't know about this guy Villanueva. Having a good record is one thing, but having all your fights in the PI doesn't bode well for the fighter. I would've liked Gesta to leave Parra and go to Roach for training but that's just my opinion.

Didn't read the article but here's my say if Arum promotes him:

1) Arum put Solis in vs Pacquiao but
2) Won't put in Gesta vs Rios "until he's ready" and instead talks of putting him in vs the 3rd best Mexican at 135=Vasquez
3) Message to the world's fighters-- if you want to be better than Mexicans you first have to fight the best, and the best of all styles, like Mexicans generally do. I'm outa here......

We are waiting to see if Roger Mayweather will accuse this kid of being on something too. Then Uncle Roger can get off the crack pipe now before he starts claiming that bullets can bounce off of filipinos.
