How many times do I have to say this? Floyd wanted to obtain more belts, so he went and had to become #1 contendor and then beat Gatti for it. Is it his fault that Gatti is a bum? No. Mayweather #1 p4p. Hopkins is 5 on my list.

floyd started at superfeater, and beat some great fighters, then he moved up to lightweight, and beat some great fighters, and now he has moved up to lightwelter and has made some big fights and is looking to take control of the division,
his skills are amazing, which is one p4p factor, and he dominates no matter what weight he his at.

speaking of recent accomplishments, what about bhop?
beat a shadow of dlh, ud eastman, a decent fighter, ud'd allen. and joppy and lost to taylor
floyd dominates when he fights, bhop can no longer say the same
