it is not about race... it is about poverty... black, white, yellow, brown... it still applies...

The reason for the downfall is because of the free handouts by the government. The more the government gives certain people for free the worse they do.

Look at Native Indians, in USA and Canada they have no affiliation but they all live the same, most of them are unemployed and all drug/booze hounds.

Why? Because the Government spoon feeds them so whats the point of working when Government provides everything. So you have generations of Natives who just drink/drug and have sex all day and produce kids to do the same while collecting their monthly $$$ from the govt.
