How far up in weight can Gamboa go and be successful?

He is only 140lbs on FN but even if he is smaller like Pac because of his speed he could beat bigger slower guys by getting in and out.....still though I have questions about his chin that are yet to be answered.

There is no way he gets past rios at 135. i'd love to see him & Broner duke some **** out at 130. 2 overhyped fighters taking each other out.

He moved DOWN in weight from super feather. I think he's comfortable where he is for the time being.

??? gamboa isnt even that hyped up... all his hype is well deserved...
a lot of fans who follow the sport closer than casual fans don't even know who broner or gamoa is.

This has been discussed before. I believe that Yuri's top effective weight is 135. That doesn't mean he can't fight at a higher weight. It means he's not likely to be very successful above the lightweight division.

Me too, he is a really exciting fighter to watch. I want to see him in a real toss up fight though. Damn Juanma and Arum really messed up that fight!
