This type of thread is pointless because fantasy fights involving floyd and manny are just flame war starters but I'll be the first to contribute an opinion.

Based on your given attributes I got:

7-5 for Mayweather were Pacquiao is only victorious in rouds

2,9,7, 12 and I gave round 6 where I could have also given it to Mayweather as well as I could have given round 1 going to Manny. I think every defensive attribute is given to Mayweather by default.

Power, Chin, Workrate and maybe heart are the only ones I'm sure Pacquiao has the edge over the rest not so much.

Round 1, Speed: Tie, both have very fast hands

      Round 2, Power: Pacquiao

      Round 3, Timing: Floyd

Round 4, Footwork: Floyd but Pacquiao's footwork is underrated

      Round 5, Guard: Floyd

Round 6, Combinations: Pacquiao, he mixes a bunch of punches togehter but Floyd is good when he throws in combos but Pac wins this.

Round 7, Chin: Really haven't seen Floyd get hit flush so I'm going with Pacquiao out of the default. I mean I can't say that Mosley hard punch is enough to rate Floyd's chin. If Mosley was able to follow it up then it would be easier to rate how good Floyd's chin truly is.

Round 8, Body movement: Don't really know what that means, I mean moving your body isn't that usually footwork related? Probably Floyd then...

Round 9, Workrate: Pacquiao can throw over 1,000 punches if he needs to but at the same time he probably won't need to. Pacquiao easily wins this one.

Round 10, Head movement: Tie, Pacquiao has shown great head movement when he chooses to. And Floyd generally doesn't get hit.

Round 11, Spoiling: Floyd has the spoiling style, he can make any fighter look bad so he wins. I have to see Pacquiao's fight against Marquez to see if Pacquiao is truly a much better fighter then he once was. If Marquez still troubles Pacquiao then I doubt Pacquiao can spoil other boxers abilities.

Round 12, Heart: Tie, I don't want to question either fighters heart. Both fight like they want to win.

Are you refering to ring inteligence, I wouldn't say it was the most important.

I don't have to. I have Floyd winning by eight rounds, it's that simple.

Round 1: 10-9 Manny: Both are slow starters. Manny could outwork him I don't know
Round 2: 10-9 Floyd: probably out jabs him. Close round.
Round 3: 10-8 Manny: catches him with a surprise shot, but Floyd gets angry and attacks him after
Round 4: 10-9 Floyd dominated by the right hand lead
Round 5: 10-9 Floyd Manny having trouble figuring him out
                Round 6: 10-9 Floyd: repeat
Round 7: 10-9 Manny finally finds a good shot and attacks Floyd. Wobbles him a few times
Round 8: 10-9 Floyd: recovers and goes back to the jab. Manny surprisingly tired from the 7th round
Round 9: 10-9 Floyd: continues to work behind the jab, not much action
Round 10: 10-9 Floyd: more of the same
Round 11: 10-9 either: Close round. You want to give it to Manny for heart but at the same Floyd might have taken it.
Round 12: 10-9 Manny: Manny desperately goes for the KO. Knows he won't win a decision but fails todo so. Floyd just trying to survive and taunting Manny

Spilt decision victory for Floyd with scores like:
                115-112 Floyd 114-113 Manny 114-113 Floyd

Ok this thread has failed, maybe I didn't explain myself properly.

Thanks anyway for the effort even though it was not what I intended.

9-3 Floyd. Manny will be severely embarrassed in this one. Not enough boxing skills. I thought this from day one.
