Everyone's favourite showboater, Emanuel Augustus/Burton, is back in action at the Montreal Casino this Saturday against Canadian via Cameroon prospect Herman Ngoudjo.

If you ask me Emanuel's got a real shot at taking this. Ngoudjo's game is full of holes and a guy with his activity level should be able to give him all kinds of trouble. Actually Herman is pretty offensively-minded as well so this could he a hell of a matchup.

Of all the top prospects making their livings in Quebec right now (including Lucian Bute, Joachim Alcine, etc.) Herman has impressed me the least. I say Augustus UD in this one.

If the fight is actually on TV, Augustus should take it. Judges are less likely to screw a guy over if the fight is on TV. Its a lot harder to screw a guy over who wins every round, which I would pick to happen. Augustus actually has representation (Dibella) now. So now he's got a chance to win even a decision.

It's on TVA in the afternoon...4 or 4:30 I think. Probably one of those GYM productions. Not sure who's on the undercard though. I think Pascal's on the card but not sure if they'll show his fight.

the weigh in went down a little earlier- theyre both at 138 1/2. man i wish i could watch this...

there's also another interview with augustus posted at b-ruce, he's mouthing off again about wanting mayweather and how mayweather didn't beat him etc. etc. haha, i love this guy.

i'm so f'ing rooting for augustus. he's one of my faves.

he's trying to get ranked high enough to fight hatton and mayweather. but he really wants hatton for the **** he did in the tszyu fight.

ngoudjo has one of them off the wall belts for augustus to take.

maybe that will give emmanuel enough statis to get bigger money fights against guys like witter or hatton or even cotto.if they think the reward is worth the danger.

I hope Augustus beats this guy. I hope Augustus gets a shot he is very talented and often like his record shows he has come up with a bull**** decision or his tactics of making the fight close/entertaining for the fans.

There's no secret that this guy has talent he deserves a big payday.
