Thats not how it works..maybe if you're training partners you spar together every now and then but you dont hire top fighters to be a part of your camp that takes away from their training and it takes away from your sparring.

You want sparring partners that you can work with.
I like the old dundee idea though, have a private fight if you're gonna take a long layoff.
