I think he's a top-flight ATG heavyweight power puncher, but I don't think he has the same devastating power as Foreman and Shavers. His straight right is in the top five deadliest heavyweight weapons, though. And he would KTFO Earnie Shavers. Well, unless he got KTFO first.

I like Shavers as a person but as a fighter his power is massively overrated and relies on flowery testimonies from other fighters who beat him since he only had one bonafide one punch knockout.

Bruno punched harder than Moore. Total number of KOs means very little in terms of punching power. This is such a simple and oft-repeated thing that I don't know why it has to be reiterated so often.
