I doubt that. Nobody forced Roach and Pacquiao to lie about agreeing to random drug testing. On top of that, Pacquiao didn't have to come up with a shoddy lawsuit as a way to block a fight that could have already been made. Also, Mayweather bought out his contract with Arum when they parted ways... who's to say Pacquiao can't do the same?

Mayweather claimed Arum slighted him out of money generated from the Gatti and Judah fights... sound familiar? The difference is that Mayweather left right after the Judah fight, you know, the one where Arum said that Mayweather's the best fighter to ever grace the sport since Ali.

I just don't see this fight getting made unless Pacquiao's looking for a check and a beating on his way out. The drug tests will still be there when Arum isn't.
