It depends really.
Of course, every fighter who wants to get to the top needs to believe they're the best. What's the point of going into a fight thinking, "This guy is gunna kill me." However, the line between believing in yourself and being too ****y is very thin and is easily broken. I don't think fighters should come out saying they're the best when they haven't proven it, but to say they can be the best, or something along those lines, is what I like to hear. -
