I would go all in in a bet with the TS that 99% of the peasants from the Philippines don't even know what the word "negotiations" means.
The peasants have no idea why they are making noise. Someone told them to come out and support a fellow peasant and they all showed up for the peasant parade.
I would also wager that *******ed peasants will say that the USADA testing wasn't the roadblock that prompted Manny Pacquiao to run away from the negotiating table back in 2009 because THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WTF A "NEGOTIATES" MEANS.
When you have an entire population of people who are willing to chant, light candles to pray for a sport and attack an entire race of people because they want recognition for their own home town peasant, then you know that you're dealing with bottom barrel dwellers.
USADA testing up to the day is an ORIGINAL DEMAND. Manny Pacquiao agreed to testing, but is refusing to sign a contract. Why agree if you will not live up to the terms?

Manny Pacquiao is still making excuses for why he first refused Floyd's terms, then asked for cutoffs and then accepted the original terms that were no longer on the table. Now Pacquiao accepts ANY tests that Floyd wants, but will not legally commit to his own word.
Its easy to beat your chest like a champion on a YouTube video, but fights are no made in such ways. Real champions put their signature on the bottom line and go to camp to get ready to SHOW AND PROVE.
Clearly the only thing that Pacquiao is ready to show and prove are YouTube videos. First Manny sings country songs, then he dances around the fact that he's not man enough to commit to fighting the fighter that holds the key to his doom.
Floyd has 15 years of dominating. He fought a HOF in just his 18th fight. No padding. Floyd has remained the #1 in every division he's competed in for 15 years, and is currently keeping with that tradition.
Pacquiao hasn't reigned ANYWHERE for any length of time. He's padded his record with 40 fights before he faced a recognizable threat and HOF in Barrera!!! He calls himself an 8 division champion, but wouldn't face champions to win those vacant titles! How can one be a champion if he does not beat a champion? He's done this in 5 different divisions!
How can a fighter who has faced five 5th ranked WWs and one 4th ranked WW call himself the #1 WW because of those wins? <---- THIS NEEDS TO BE EXPLAINED!!!!!!!!!!!
I'll be waiting for the excuses that Floyd made. And let's not forget peasants ... additional PED tests have been demanded before in professional boxing and that demand has been fulfilled. Only residents of peasantville pretend that this is unprecedented. Real boxing fans know better. Real boxing fans know what "negotiate" means as well.
Only peasants would defend a man for running from a negotiating point for three years that makes himself look guilty as hell and has the rest of the world looking at him sideways. Other boxers have come out and said that they think that Pacquiao is juicing. So have trainers, celebrities, and some writers have gone as far as to say that reasonable doubt exists(they don't want to get sued ..lol).
The world aint buying that Pacquiao avoided those USADA tests for three years with that much money on the table out of principle. Nobody is buying that except for *******ed zombie peasants.
