    Jermain Taylor is SCREWED!

I just read an interview on ********** with Jermain saying he is coming to the fight relaxed and not being as active as before. Well, the only way to beat Hopkins is to pressure him. The 1st fight was as close as he is going to get to beating Bernard. Playing Bernard's game and fighting a tactical fight will do Jermain no good. Either way, its a lose lose situation for Jermain because he can fight laid back or be a pressure fighter and is still goign to lose.

Taylor is still very green, he needs to be aggressive and pressure Hopkins to win. He wont out box Hopkins because Hopkins is a good technical fighter with a lot of experience.

i think that hopkins is going to be the aggressor this fight. i think that he is going to make it an inside fight and rough him up again. taylor is thinking that hopkins is going to fight the same this time around. i think hopkins was feeling him out last time, but i still had hopkins winning that fight 116-112.... you have to give the close rounds to the champion not the challenger, unless the challenger is making the champ fight his fight, taylor did nothing close to that...
Hopkins late round KO....i'm thinking 10th-11th-ish, maybe even a 12th round stoppage...either way Hopkins being 40, is in better shape than Taylor and probably most fighters today, and thats fact.

        hopkins

hopkins is going to destroy taylor. he will come out more aggressive. he hurt taylor in every round from 10 on.

if he would have started 2 rounds earlier taylor would not have made it.

i think he will start in the first round.

not come out very aggressive but a more active first round then the last time which wont be a lot.

rounds 2-4 will be just a little more thna last time as the first will be.

then in round 5 he will pick it up even more.

        hurt him in rounds 6, 7, 8.

in round 9 he will put him away.

The better man won last time. The better man will win this time. In July, Taylor was better. In December, will Hopkins be better? One thing's for sure...he ain't getting any younger...

Who are all of you kidding yourself? Taylor is the youngblood, who won first time around. THink of the confidence he will have second time around? Hopkins is gonna lose either by late TKO or UD.

i think hopkins will to win this fight is going to be more ardent than ever before, he's old but he's maintained a healthy body his whole career and he isn't as worn and torn as one might think him to be. my confidence is with hopkins, i don't know about hopkins 'destroying' taylor- but i strongly believe he will beat taylor- then retire- then taylor ends up with at least one of the titles soon thereafter.

If Hopkins is so smart, why didn't he win the first fight?

Taylor wins again. He is the one with more confidence and learned more from the first fight. Hopkins learned he can't sleepwalk the first 8 or 9 rounds, but I think he is just too old to pressure Taylor effectively for 6 or more rounds to get the decision. Taylor was headbutted, cut and tired and still Hopkins couldn't KO him. It won't be happening in the rematch either.
