    recommendations would effect all boxers.

taken from boxingscenes main page "in rustys corner" reccomendations to state commisions.

1.all sparring should be done with oversized gloves.
    2.minimum headshots in training.
4.boxers who havent fought in a year should not fight
    more than 10 rounds.
5.fighters not permitted to lose more than 3% bodyweight
at the weigh-in before bout.no fighter gaining more than
5% body weight should be permitted to compete after the
    weigh-in.
6.a medical data bank to be created to follow the medical
    history of the fighter.
12.a minimum of two ringside physicians should attend every
    boxing match.

two referres (one inside, one outside) should be assigned to work every fight.

i can think of a number of boxing matches that would not of taken place and the outcome of others changed if these rules were followed.

i think 5. is a great reccommendation and keep fights on a more level playing field.

having two refs, one inside ring and one outside ring is interesting.but would they stop fight to consult when they don't agree or what?

Sounds good. I'd scrap the two refs in favor of just using the damn video to curb human error. Call it on the spot. It shouldn't be the end all be all if the ref misses a call since we can all see the foul or kd. Get some folks on vid detail to help keep these fights honest.

I'm also in favor of fights being overturned or more likely completely scrubbed on occasions of ABSOLUTELY AWFUL scoring.
