I can see Manny burning through money like that, its sad but entirely possible. To the average person he is very rich. To Philippines he is this super famous super rich guy. Compared to actual rich people, he is just as poor as anyone else. They wouldn't even let him join the most prestigious country club and polo club in Manila because compared to those people, he is still poor.

If you're living this high life and rolling 100 deep, that costs a lot of money. If everyone expects the great Manny Pacquiao, helper of the poor, coolest guy in Philippines they will always be looking for a handout.

Actually, it was because he wasn't allowed to bring in bodyguards or his entourage in the club, which he always brings around. The only reason why he requested an admission was because he recently bought a 7-8 figure house (in dollars) in the neighborhood.
