How come so many guys don't want to fight top rank guys? I mean its as if as soon as a guy signs with top rank, good fighters in that division suddenly don't want to fight.

I don't think this is the issue with Moreno, though. He just doesn't wanna fight Donaire (w/ or w/out top rank) ... and for good reason!
